Street Light Maintenance and Installation in Lohja (2026-2027)

The City of Lohja is seeking bids for the maintenance, servicing, and installation of street lighting in the core area of Lohja. The specific areas for lighting are marked on the attached maps. The contract period is from 2026 to 2027, with possible extensions in 2028 and 2029. The work includes tasks outlined in the attached documents. Materials will be provided by the client, and the contractor will collect them from the client's storage at Levysepäntie 10, 08150 Lohja. Any dismantled materials owned by the client must also be delivered to the storage or disposed of at Levysepäntie, sorted accordingly. The client will cover waste disposal costs. The contractor must document the work performed within one month after each sub-task, either in the client's designated electronic system or on paper forms, and submit them to the email address provided by the client. The functionality of the lighting must be checked after installation. The work is to be carried out between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027. It is estimated that half of the total work will be completed each year. A milestone requires that half of the annual work must be completed by June 30. The tasks include a maintenance round conducted three times a year, in August-September, November-December, and January-February.
