Mobility Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services

CCHA seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive servicing, maintenance, repairs, and emergency support for mobility and lifting equipment installed in tenant homes and communal areas. Equipment includes stairlifts (straight and curved), through-floor platform lifts, ceiling track hoists, and associated accessories. The contractor must deliver planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs, and 24/7 emergency breakdown response while managing a dynamic asset base that may change as equipment is installed, replaced, or removed. The successful contractor will work collaboratively with CCHA's Property Services, Asset Management, Compliance, and Housing Management teams to ensure all equipment remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. Given regular access to occupied homes with vulnerable residents, the contractor must demonstrate expertise in mobility equipment, relevant qualifications and certifications, customer-focused service delivery, and sensitivity to resident needs. Tenderers should be capable of managing changing asset numbers and types throughout the contract term.
