Construction Works for Energy Modernization and Revitalization of the Historic Scheibler Palace Complex

This contract involves the design and execution of construction works for the energy modernization and revitalization of the historic Scheibler Palace Complex located at Piotrkowska Street 266/268 in Łódź. The project is structured as a 'design and build' contract and is divided into three main tasks: Task I focuses on improving the energy efficiency of the building; Task II involves revitalization and conservation works; and Task III addresses underground infrastructure works.
