Mechanical Engineering Framework Agreement - Nottinghamshire

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited is seeking a single qualified contractor to deliver mechanical engineering services across its operational estate in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council. This NEC4 Framework Agreement will provide planned and reactive maintenance, installation, and support services for construction, maintenance, and asset management activities across multiple sites. Scope of Services: - Plumbing and water systems installation, maintenance, and repair including hot/cold water services, drainage, sanitaryware, and water hygiene - Heating and mechanical plant servicing, maintenance, and installation including gas, oil, electric, and renewable heating systems - Fuel, gas, and energy infrastructure installation and maintenance - Building management systems (BMS/BEMS) provision, maintenance, and modification - Installation, alteration, and minor works including new installations and system replacements - Testing, commissioning, and compliance certification of all systems Framework Details: - Initial term: 2 years with extension options (2+2+1 years maximum) - Total value: £13,200,000 (VAT inclusive) over full term - Geographic coverage: Nottinghamshire (primary), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire - No guarantee of work volume or value - Selection via two-stage competitive flexible procedure: Stage 1 (qualifications/experience pass/fail) followed by Stage 2 (70% quality/30% price evaluation) - Winner assessed on Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) basis - Successful supplier must demonstrate collaborative working, social value contribution, carbon reduction commitment, and high health and safety standards
