Germany – Hardware and Data Services for Office and Computer Equipment 2025

This procurement process involves the delivery, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of sensor and data services, particularly for the urban data platform cosma21 and other applications, including optional services. The services are divided into three lots: Lot 1: Hardware-based sensor solutions (e.g., air quality, noise, traffic, parking, smart lighting, energy consumption monitoring). Lot 2: Hydrological early warning and forecasting system (heavy rainfall, flooding, AI-supported forecasts, alert logic). Lot 3: Special climatological data (model and satellite-based weather and climate data, heatmaps, wind maps). The purpose of this procurement process is to establish a framework agreement without creating a purchase obligation to meet the yet-to-be-detailed procurement needs of the entitled parties in the lots mentioned above.
