Construction and Engineering Services for Energy Renovation of a Residential Building in Targovishte

This contract involves the preparation of an investment project at the technical project phase, execution of the construction works, and author supervision for the energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Targovishte, Zapad District, Block 45. The scope of this public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Design - preparation of investment projects at the technical project phase, in accordance with Regulation No. 4 of May 21, 2001, regarding the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act, and related regulations. Activity 2: Construction - execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying activities necessary for the completion of the construction, in compliance with regulatory requirements and the buyer's specifications. Activity 3: Author Supervision - exercising author supervision during the construction of the project. Detailed information regarding the scope, volume, and technical requirements for the execution of this public procurement is described and regulated in the Technical Specifications, energy efficiency assessment, and architectural survey for the project, which are integral parts of the participation documentation.
