Data Processing Services for Traffic Measurement Stations

This contract involves the processing, verification, and analysis of data from continuous traffic measurement stations for the year 2026. Key tasks include: - Ongoing processing of raw traffic data provided by the contracting authority, which includes collecting, organizing, converting to required formats, and assessing completeness of data from various traffic measurement sources such as continuous measurement stations, weight pre-selection positions, toll collection systems on highways, and other traffic counting systems specified by the contracting authority for 2026. - Systematic verification (quality assessment) and monthly analysis of processed raw data, including calculating required traffic parameters and estimating deficiencies if necessary, for data from 2026. - Determining the structure of traffic types at specific measurement sites based on results from automatic measurements or verification data received from the contracting authority. - Preparing and presenting traffic measurement results in the form of comprehensive annual reports and analyses for the year of analysis, including analyses of changes in selected traffic parameters. - Preparing converters for the Unified Data Format (UDF) for new data sources that do not natively provide data in this format, for the contracting authority. - Providing an online platform for data exchange and results between the parties for the duration of the contract.
