Supply of Computer Equipment for Educational Project

This contract involves the supply of computer equipment and accessories as part of the project "ŁOWICKI EKONOMIK trains specialists!" funded by the European Social Fund Plus. The project aims to enhance educational resources at the Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych nr 4 in Łowicz. Suppliers are invited to provide various types of equipment divided into five parts: 1) Laptops, desktop computers, monitors, tablets, and peripherals; 2) Large format monitors, projectors, and audio equipment; 3) Servers and network accessories; 4) Shredders and multifunction printers; 5) Computer accessories and graphic tablets. Each part has specific requirements detailed in the attached technical specifications. The equipment must be new, come with user manuals in Polish, and include a warranty. Suppliers can bid on any number of parts, and the delivery must be completed within specified timeframes, with options for expedited delivery. The contract is subject to a 0% VAT rate due to its educational purpose.
