Subcontract Delivery Opportunity - Skills Training Provision 2026-2027

NCS (National Citizen Service) is seeking suppliers to deliver education and training services across five distinct programme areas in the Swindon region during the 2026/27 academic year. This is a fixed-term contract running from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with a potential gross income of up to £2.67 million. Suppliers can tender for one or multiple lots based on their capabilities: (1) Adult Skills Fund Level 2+ programmes, (2) Adult Skills Fund Tailored Learning (all levels), (3) Apprenticeships Level 2+, (4) 16-18 Year Old Provision Level 3+ (Level 2 considered), and (5) Higher Education Level 3+. Both face-to-face and distance learning delivery are acceptable, provided all learners reside within 60 miles of Swindon.
