Elevator Maintenance Services for the City of Saint-Denis

The City of Saint-Denis is seeking suppliers for elevator maintenance services. This includes both preventive maintenance (scheduled and conditional) and corrective maintenance as defined by the NF X 60-010 standard. The contract is structured as a mixed-price agreement: - Preventive maintenance will be billed at a fixed annual rate with a set visitation schedule. - Corrective maintenance will be billed at unit prices through purchase orders (single-award framework agreement according to articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the CCP). There is no minimum amount for the framework agreement, but it is subject to maximum limits.
