    Brief

The London Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is inviting bids from consortiums to deliver the second iteration of its award-winning MyEnds programme across London from April 2024 to March 2026, with options to extend for a further two years. Up to 9 consortiums will be selected to deliver this community-led, hyper-local approach to violence reduction in neighbourhoods most affected by high and sustained violence. The programme is based on community empowerment and aims to strengthen local partnerships, increase young people and community participation, build capacity within the grassroots sector, and deliver locally informed interventions. Eligible applicants must operate in one of 15 shortlisted London boroughs (Islington, Croydon, Lambeth, Hackney, Enfield, Haringey, Lewisham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Camden, Brent, Greenwich, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, or Waltham Forest) identified through data analysis of violence and public health indicators from 2018-2023. Tender submissions must be received by 11 December 2023 at 5pm. Bidders should contact VRUprocurement@london.gov.uk with clarifications by 28 November 2023 or to request the bidders pack.
