Food Supply Contract for Sibiu Pneumophthisiology Hospital (2025-2027)

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the procurement of food supplies for the Sibiu Pneumophthisiology Hospital. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for a duration of 24 months with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 economic operators, without reopening the competition (no electronic re-bidding) in SEAP. The intention to conclude a new subsequent contract will be communicated via email.
