Laboratory Reagents Supply Agreement

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the procurement of laboratory reagents for the Sibiu Pneumophthisiology Hospital. The contracting authority intends to enter into a supply framework agreement for a duration of 12 months, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 economic operators, without reopening the competition (no electronic re-bidding) in SEAP, but rather through simple email communication regarding the intention to conclude a new subsequent contract. One or more subsequent contracts will be concluded, the first for the minimum quantity specified in the framework agreement, and the following subsequent contracts for the difference up to the maximum quantity in the framework agreement, depending on needs. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities requested during the framework agreement, as well as those that will be subject to a subsequent contract, are specified in the specifications document. Currently, the exact quantities for the second subsequent contract cannot be determined. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 14 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
