Telephone Services for Emergency Call Management

Elogie-Siemp is seeking suppliers to provide telephone reception services, including handling emergency calls from tenants during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The service will also involve managing on-site technical interventions necessary for the proper functioning of buildings, ensuring the habitability of housing, and maintaining the safety of individuals and property. This contract is part of a coordinated procurement with SOREQA and will be executed as a mixed contract, partially under a single-award framework agreement. Purchase orders will be issued without a minimum requirement, with a maximum value of €400,000 (excluding VAT) for the order-based portion of the contract. Additionally, there will be a fixed price for telephone reception and standby services.
