Public Sector Clinical and Non-Clinical Staffing Framework

This framework provides temporary, fixed-term, and permanent staffing solutions for public sector organizations across health, emergency services, central government, local and regional government, education, infrastructure, and the third sector. It covers a comprehensive range of roles including: nursing and midwifery; medical and dental professionals; allied health professionals; health science services; emergency services personnel; social care staff; administration and secretarial roles; finance, accounting, and audit positions; IT technicians, analysts, engineers, and digital workers; legal secretaries, paralegals, and lawyers; environmental and scientific roles such as environmental specialists and technical coders; caterers, drivers, security personnel; and estates and maintenance roles including general and specialist labor such as electricians and surveyors. This framework consolidates two previous frameworks (RM6281 for clinical and healthcare staffing and RM6277 for non-clinical staffing) into a single, unified agreement. Suppliers can register to provide staffing services across multiple sectors and disciplines to meet the diverse workforce needs of the public sector.
