Germany – Swimming Pool Installation Works

The Schwimmerbund BAYERN 07 association is renovating the existing outdoor swimming pool at Pulversee 1 in Nuremberg. In March 2026, the demolition of the existing supervision and technical building (approximately 650 m³) will begin, along with partial demolition of the two large pools. The entrance building, changing rooms, and sanitary areas will remain untouched. Two new stainless steel pools will be constructed at a new location and at a higher elevation on the site. A new technical building with a waterproof basement will house all the technology for the swimming pool, a supervision area, and changing and wet areas for people with disabilities. The ground floor of the building will be masonry and plastered on the outside. The roof will be a slightly sloped truss roof with green roofing. The entire outdoor facilities will be tendered in a second package and will include paving work, green areas, and fencing.
