St Oswald's Church Building Restoration and Modernization Project

St Oswald's Church in Coney Hill is seeking suppliers and contractors for a comprehensive building restoration and modernization project. The scope of work includes: structural repairs (rainwater goods, roof repairs, chimney stack work, parapet rebuilding); external maintenance (repointing, door repairs and replacement); interior improvements (plaster repairs, redecoration); and new installations (lighting system, heating system). Additional work includes external landscaping and access improvements. This is a heritage building project requiring skilled tradespeople experienced in traditional church construction and restoration.
