Event Organization Services for FRSE Awards Gala

The contract involves the comprehensive planning and organization of the FRSE Awards Gala, which will take place on December 16, 2025, in Warsaw. The scope of the contract includes: 1. Technical Concept: Designing and planning the technical aspects of the event, including lighting, sound, multimedia, acoustics, stage equipment, and all necessary technological elements. 2. Artistic Concept: Developing a unique artistic vision for the Gala, proposing attractions, performances, and artistic elements to enhance the event's program. 3. Catering: Providing full catering services, including a complete menu for all Gala participants, including artists. Proposing a menu and organizing catering for the attendees. 4. Graphic and Sound Design: Designing and implementing a cohesive visual and sound design that highlights the character of the awards ceremony. 5. Event Branding: Creating the visual identity of the Gala (logo, theme, printed materials, gadgets, etc.). 6. Promotional Materials: Preparing promotional materials such as invitations, banners, winders, gobo, social media content, and other tools to promote the event. 7. Ceremony Script: Developing a detailed script for the event, including the order of award presentations, speeches, performances, and other attractions, based on the framework program provided by the contracting authority (Attachment 1 to the OPZ). 8. Awards for winners: 27 awards to be presented. 9. Gifts for all Gala participants.
