Storage Space Purchase for Object Storage Systems

The contract involves the procurement of storage space for object storage systems. Specifically, it includes: 1) The purchase of 3 storage shelves: one for the Primary Data Processing Center (POPD), one for the Backup Data Processing Center (ZOPD), and one for the Isolated Data Processing Center located at the prosecutor's organizational unit (OOPD). These shelves must meet the requirements outlined in section 4 of the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2) Implementation services for the supplied equipment, as specified in section 5 of the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3) The scope of the order is defined in the draft contract – Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4) To confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires the submission of a completed and signed technical specification of the equipment as evidence with the offer, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ. 5) According to Article 107, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the Contractor does not submit the required evidence with the offer or if the submitted evidence is incomplete, the Ordering Party does not foresee a request for its submission or completion.
