Cloud-based Finance Management System Upgrade and Support Services

Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) is seeking a qualified IT software development service provider to implement an upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 to a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financial Management System. Year 1 deliverables include: full system upgrade with customizations and integrations to meet BIM's requirements, process optimization, system testing, data migration (current year plus 3 previous years), project management, structured end-user training with role-based materials, and comprehensive system documentation. Year 2 and beyond involves ongoing maintenance and support including L3/L4 technical support for advanced issues, while BIM's internal IT staff will handle L1/L2 support. BIM will assign an internal project manager to collaborate with the supplier's project manager, and the business will conduct final end-user testing. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central license fees are excluded from this contract.
