Supply of Medical Consumables for Blood Collection

This public procurement contract involves the ongoing supply of blood collection systems, including tubes, needles, and related items for venous, capillary, and arterial blood collection, as well as urine and other bodily fluid collection for central laboratories and clinical departments of the contracting authority. The supplies will be delivered based on current needs and individual orders over a period of two years, adhering to the minimum technical requirements specified in Appendix 4 of the procurement documents, including transportation to the delivery location. This contract is reserved for suppliers employing at least 50% of their workforce with disabilities in protected jobs, as per § 38 of the law. Participants must provide proof of this condition in their bids by including a confirmation from the Czech Republic Employment Office or a decision from the social security authority.
