Procurement of Technical Equipment for Regional Education Centers in Karlovy Vary

This public procurement contract involves the supply of selected components to meet the goals of the contracting authority, specifically for the Karlovy Vary region's regional education centers of the Czech Republic's Labor Office. The aim is to purchase appropriate, modern technical (computer) equipment not for standard administrative tasks, but for interactive and online connections, suitable for working with graphic programs and adequate hardware that allows the contracting authority to provide services such as continuous audiovisual communication to end users, production of spots, video programs, and their broadcasting including editing. The contracting authority will initiate a total of 14 procurement procedures for individual regional offices of the Czech Republic's Labor Office, with each procedure divided into parts according to component categories. The main goal is to ensure technical compatibility of the same categories of components across all regional education centers in different regions. This includes a requirement for open-source software for relevant components. a) The contract also includes comprehensive training of 4 hours provided once at the place of delivery. The training will cover: - working with cameras, sound equipment, recording, and online broadcasts. - managing the video conferencing system – switching shots, managing microphones, and connecting participants. - administration of the WiFi network – managing SSID, VLAN, access control, QoS. - diagnosing and solving common problems – troubleshooting, restarting systems, managing user accounts. - providing manuals in Czech – each training participant will receive detailed user manuals for all installed devices in Czech. Manuals will include: - detailed descriptions of system functions and operation, - procedures for basic maintenance and troubleshooting, - technical documentation and support contacts. b) The contracting authority requires selected suppliers to ensure complete installation and operation of the technical equipment, including software integration across all 76 educational centers, i.e., 14 regional education centers and 62 district centers (IPVS). The supplier will ensure complete assembly and connection of all components in accordance with the contracting authority's methodology, ensuring full compatibility and functionality of all devices for educational, training, and retraining purposes. Specific installation requirements include: - Equipment for interactive education, online broadcasts, and hybrid forms of teaching, enabling connections between educational centers, - Video conferencing system – including 360° cameras, spatial microphones, and sound equipment, - WiFi router supporting 5G – ensuring quality connectivity with at least WiFi 6 (AX1800) and 1x GbE WAN/LAN port, - Installation cabling – connecting all devices including organization and securing of cables, - Interactive audiovisual connections between educational centers – online broadcasts of training, recording, and sharing educational materials. c) The contract also includes the installation of cabling and network infrastructure as required by the technical specifications for relevant parts. The installation should include: - supply and installation of cabling for all devices, - connecting all network elements to the electrical and data infrastructure, - organizing and securing cables including installation of cable organizers and ducts, - testing and verifying connections, - providing documentation of the actual state including at least: - a list and types of cabling used (type, length, quantity, connection specifications). - a map and diagram of device connections indicating cable routes. - configuration data for the network infrastructure. - a handover protocol confirming the correctness of the installation.
