Procurement of Technical Equipment for Regional Education Centers in Liberec

This public procurement contract involves the supply of selected components to meet the goals of the contracting authority, specifically for the Liberec region's regional education centers of the Czech Republic Employment Office. The procurement aims to acquire modern technical (computer) equipment that is suitable for interactive and online connections, as well as for working with graphic programs. The equipment should not be top-of-the-line but should adequately support services such as continuous audiovisual communication, production of video spots, and their broadcasting including editing. The contracting authority will initiate a total of 14 procurement procedures for individual regional offices of the Czech Republic Employment Office, with each procedure divided into parts based on component categories. The main goal is to ensure technical compatibility of the same categories of components across all regional education centers in different regions. The contracting authority also requires open-source software for the relevant components. The components needed include: a. 61 Tablets + accessories b. 57 Virtual reality sets + accessories c. 8 Laser pointers d. 4 Smart laser printers with scanner and copier e. 57 Second touch monitors f. 4 Video conferencing systems (+ SOVA desktop camera) g. 12 Jabra AV devices h. 57 AV headsets/lavalier microphones i. 4 WiFi routers and access points.
