Construction Work in Lomnice nad Popelkou – Reconstruction of Water Management Networks and Street Renewal

This public contract involves the renewal and enhancement of water management infrastructure along the main road II/284 in Lomnice nad Popelkou, including connections to side streets, from the city entrance coming from Turnov to the beginning of the town square. The project also includes a complete reconstruction of the affected road surfaces, renewal of sidewalks, connections to local roads, reconstruction of vertical and horizontal traffic signage, bus stop bays, cross culverts, and the piping of streams under the road. Additionally, it involves the addition and replacement of street inlets or linear gutters with connections. Please note that the renewal of public lighting is not included in this contract (this will be managed through a separate construction project by the City of Lomnice nad Popelkou); however, construction activities will occur simultaneously, necessitating coordination between the two projects. Detailed specifications for this public contract are provided in the project documentation and itemized budget, which the contracting authority supplies as attachments 4 and 5 of the procurement documents. This public contract will be co-financed by the Liberec Region and the City of Lomnice nad Popelkou.
