Procurement of Design Services with Expert Supervision for Non-Structural Renovation of Family Houses in Disaster Areas

This procurement involves design services with expert supervision for the repair of non-structural elements of approximately 800 family houses in disaster areas, as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction and related regulations. The procurement is divided into six groups, and suppliers must submit separate offers for each group. The expected quantity of family houses may be adjusted based on actual needs. For about 160 houses, only a report is required, while the others will need a detailed plan and expert supervision. Suppliers can submit offers for one or two groups, but if they submit for multiple groups, all offers will be rejected. The contracting authority reserves the right to change locations or withdraw from certain locations before the execution of services without obligation to compensate the selected supplier for unstarted services.
