Construction Works for the Restoration of Earthquake-Damaged Buildings in Zagreb

This contract involves the preparation of project documentation with design supervision and the execution of restoration works for five earthquake-damaged buildings located on Visoka Street in Zagreb. The work must comply with the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Construction Act, and related regulations governing restoration and spatial planning. The contractor's responsibilities include: 1. Comprehensive restoration of the buildings, and 2. Repair of non-structural elements of the buildings. The work is to be completed on a 'turnkey' basis, ensuring full functionality as per Article 630 of the Law on Obligations. The buildings are located in a cultural heritage area, specifically the Historical Urban Unit of the City of Zagreb, registered under cultural heritage number Z-1525, and within an archaeological zone. The specific addresses include Visoka Street 10, 10/1, 12, and 12/1, which are also individually protected cultural properties. The restoration of buildings at addresses 10/1, 12, and 12/1 will follow the comprehensive restoration guidelines outlined in the Program of Measures and the Law on Reconstruction.
