Construction of a New Primary School in Crvene Kuće

The procurement involves the construction of a new primary school in Crvene Kuće, which will include 17 classrooms for 16 grade levels, in accordance with the Ministry of Education's standards. The school will also feature a two-part sports hall. The construction site is located in the Crvene Kuće neighborhood, north of Josip Hatze Street and west of Ive Mašine Street, covering an area of 9,257 m². The total gross area of the school is 3,358.09 m², while the sports hall will have a gross area of 1,295.03 m², making the combined total 4,653.93 m². The site is bordered by roads on three sides and connects to a new pedestrian walkway on the northeast side. The school building will be a standalone structure with two underground levels, and the ground floor will be partially embedded. The building's dimensions are 93.02 m by 60.52 m, with a maximum height of 10.55 m. The design aims to create a public square in front of the main entrance and provide optimal orientation for classrooms. The sports hall will be directly connected to the school and outdoor sports facilities, serving both the school and the local community. The project is designed to integrate with the existing environment, ensuring accessibility and connection to the neighborhood.
