Social Assistance Services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities

This framework agreement aims to establish the conditions for managing residential care services for dependent adults over 18 years old with intellectual disabilities and severe behavioral disorders. The services include day care in a residential center, as detailed in the Technical Specifications Document (PPT). This document outlines the administrative needs to be met through the framework agreement and the various factors to consider. The agreement will also define the procedure for service delivery through contracts based on this agreement. The residential facility for adults with intellectual disabilities and severe behavioral disorders is a specialized social facility that provides accommodation, meals, habilitation, personal care, and social support as needed for daily living activities. It also includes specialized care activities aimed at rehabilitation and promoting leisure and social integration to prevent deterioration and enhance the maintenance and development of their capabilities and social inclusion opportunities.
