IT Services for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic

This contract involves providing reactive services for existing Microsoft platforms and solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. The scope includes: a) ensuring technological support, operational support, and infrastructure maintenance for an estimated 600 person-days, and b) providing development and security services for an estimated 600 person-days. The execution of this contract will ensure: - continuous functionality of key IT systems necessary for the public procurer's tasks, - minimization of risks related to IT infrastructure security and protection of sensitive data processed in the public procurer's IT systems, - increased efficiency of IT system operations through modernization and development of existing solutions, ensuring higher performance, stability, and availability for end users, - compliance with legislative and operational requirements in the field of IT security and operation of public administration information systems.
