Germany – Electric Buses – Procurement of 3 Electric Buses with Charging Infrastructure

This contract involves the procurement of 3 electric buses along with the necessary charging infrastructure. The procurement is in accordance with the bus funding program under the Bavarian Municipal Transport Financing Act (BayGVFG), subject to funding approval. Suppliers must meet the requirements outlined in § 42 PBefG and the Public Transport Grant Guidelines and Regulation (EC No. 661/2009). The buses must comply with § 30d StVZO, with a length between 11.50 and a maximum of 12.30 meters. Each bus should have at least 38 seats and accommodate a minimum of 85 passengers. The buses must be low-floor and equipped for accessibility, featuring 2 doors at the front and rear, and double-width middle doors. They should also include a lift and ramp for passengers with reduced mobility. Additionally, the buses must be equipped with Wi-Fi, specifically BayernWLAN. Suppliers are required to indicate the earliest possible delivery date, and the charging infrastructure must be itemized separately as per Lot 2.
