The contract involves providing waste management and environmental services for the Municipality of Wrocław, specifically in Sector 5. The contractor will be responsible for equipping properties with waste containers and maintaining them in sanitary and technical condition. Key responsibilities include: 1) Providing and maintaining waste containers and delivering bags for municipal waste collection; 2) Collecting, transporting, and processing municipal waste directly from serviced properties; 3) Responding to requests from the contracting authority regarding container exchanges or removals; 4) Collecting and processing bulky waste from public containers; 5) Collecting and processing organic waste from green areas, gardens, parks, and cemeteries; 6) Collecting expired medications; 7) Removing waste from unauthorized locations; 8) Performing emergency interventions; 9) Collecting and processing used needles and syringes; 10) Collecting waste from SZOP and SZOT operations in the sector; 11) Achieving annual waste processing targets; 12) Preparing reports and balances on activities and waste processing levels; 13) Leasing containers for municipal waste collection for a maximum of 2 months after service completion.
