IT Services for Hungary: Consulting, Software Development, Internet, and Support – Enhancement of MonDoc Case Management System

This contract involves software development tasks related to a system that recognizes multiple identities. The awarded supplier will be responsible for enhancing the existing system under a contractual agreement. Key tasks include: 1. Accessing the ESP and interoperability components (CIR access) 2. Setting up ESP profiles and individual permissions 3. Preserving data queried from the ESP/interoperability component 4. Integrating ESP logging data 5. Implementing changes related to SIS-SIRENE functionality 6. Reclassifying relationships in the multiple identity recognition system 7. Establishing a workflow for evaluating yellow connections (system connection with the National Expert and Research Institute [NSZKK]) 8. Creating a feedback workflow following the evaluation of yellow connections 9. Processing requests for access to personal data via the web portal 10. Creating a reporting and process control system 11. Monitoring central technical changes during the project and the system's live deployment 12. Providing domestic authority access to data stored in interoperability components. Additional developer tasks related to software development include: - Preparing business and technical (requirement) specifications in collaboration with NEBEK - Documented system design in collaboration with NEBEK - Creating architecture and IT system plans, user manuals - Supporting central testing processes as required by eu-Lisa (documenting and fixing bugs) - Regular consultations to meet business needs and track progress - Preparing for the live launch and supporting the launch (system deployment, immediate fixing of any issues within 8 hours if they arise). Training tasks for 65 individuals, with a total of 48 hours of theoretical and practical training.
