Germany – Electrical Installation Work – New Construction of the State Vocational School I, Bayreuth - 6261 Electrical Didactics-I BA 1

The demolition, existing structure, and new construction of the State Vocational School I in Bayreuth will take place in three construction phases. The scope of work for the procurement unit Electrical Didactics I covers construction phase BA1 and may include preliminary sampling. The didactic teaching materials, as well as furniture and equipment, will be delivered by the supplier, lifted from the truck, and brought into the building, delivered to the appropriate usage location. Delivery and setup may occur in several phases in coordination with the responsible subject teachers. The installation will take place on the first and second floors. This will be followed by the commissioning/testing of all functions and training on the operation of the individual components. The delivery includes a maintenance service for all described equipment. The actual services and minimum requirements for didactic teaching materials are described. During the assembly, there will be interfaces with the HVAC and electrical trades. Coordination costs with other trades must be calculated with the positions. The available construction site (safety area) is limited, and the three adjacent existing buildings will be in use during the work. The assembly concept must be developed according to the confined local conditions. The safety of the adjacent buildings must be ensured at all times.
