Surface Coating Works for the New State Vocational School I in Bayreuth

The project involves the demolition, renovation, and construction of the State Vocational School I in Bayreuth, divided into three phases. This contract specifically covers Phase 1, which includes three main areas: floor coatings, surface coatings for staircases, and cement industrial flooring. The floor coatings section involves sealing raw floor areas without screed. The staircase surface coatings section includes the application of a premium polyurethane coating for staircases. The largest section, cement industrial flooring, entails creating a self-leveling cement surface for workshop areas and corridors, meeting high quality and aesthetic standards. Work will commence after the screed work is completed and will partially run parallel to the finishing and technical building equipment works. The construction site is limited, with existing buildings on three sides remaining in use during the facade work. The assembly concept must be adapted to the confined local conditions, ensuring the safety of adjacent buildings at all times.
