Centralized Purchase of Personal Vehicles in the Czech Republic

The contract involves the supply of category 2A gasoline automatic personal motor vehicles. Each vehicle must include: • 2 keys or remote controls; • a second set of tires (summer or winter depending on the delivery date) or one or two sets of all-season tires, including rims. The number of sets for all-season tires will be specified in the individual purchase agreement. Additionally, the following documents must be provided in Czech: • a manual for operation and maintenance; • a service book; • the original vehicle registration certificate; • a CoC document if applicable; • the original technical inspection report; • a detailed breakdown of operational and maintenance requirements (if not included in the service book); • any other accompanying documents. Service provision for the supplied vehicles may be requested by the buyer under the relevant purchase agreement. The expected number of vehicles to be procured during the framework agreement is 94, with a maximum limit of 112 vehicles. The execution of the contract will occur throughout the duration of the framework agreement based on individual purchase contracts. The entities for which this public contract is awarded are also buyers not specified in the annex regarding the number of required vehicles.
