Central Procurement of Electric Vehicles in the Czech Republic

This contract involves the supply of electric passenger vehicles, which must include: • 2 keys or remote controls for each vehicle; a second set of tires including rims (summer or winter depending on the delivery date of the vehicle); and, if applicable under current legal regulations, also include: • a printed and/or electronic manual for operation and maintenance in Czech; • a printed and/or electronic service book for the vehicle; • the original vehicle registration certificate (only if the procedure under paragraph 8, sentences three and four of this article does not apply); • a CoC document (if the procedure under paragraph 8, sentences three and four of this article applies); • the original technical inspection report for the vehicle; • the original certificate of technical suitability for the vehicle; • a detailed breakdown of operating and maintenance requirements for the vehicle (only if not included in the service book); • any additional accompanying documents for the vehicle in Czech. The provision of maintenance services for the supplied vehicles will be required by the Buyer under the relevant purchase agreement. The expected number of vehicles to be procured during the framework agreement is 50. The contracting authorities are authorized to procure personal vehicles up to a maximum limit of 60 vehicles, which is 20% more than the number specified in Appendix 1 of the Framework Agreement. The implementation of the contract will take place throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement based on individual purchase contracts in accordance with § 134 of the Public Procurement Act. The entities for which this public procurement is being conducted are specified in section 3.5 of the procurement documentation, detailing the number of required vehicles and the contracting authorities identified in Appendix 7 of the procurement documentation, which define their potential requirements based on the conclusion of a purchase contract in accordance with Article III, paragraphs 5 to 8 of the Framework Agreement.
