Microsoft Software Licensing and Support Services

This procurement opportunity involves the rental of Microsoft software licenses for the needs of the contracting authority, Hrvatska kontrola zračne plovidbe d.o.o. In addition to the rental of licenses, MOC training will also be procured. The contracting authority has chosen the Windows platform, which is the most widely used software from Microsoft, the largest software manufacturer globally, for building its IT infrastructure. Consequently, a significant portion of the contracting authority's IT systems is based on Microsoft products. The contracting authority is upgrading its existing IT infrastructure and is seeking to procure Microsoft software licenses through the Enterprise Agreement Subscription (EAS) model. The supplier must ensure the availability of the latest valid version of each license specified and provide access to download the latest valid version of the software and licenses at no additional cost. To ensure optimal and uninterrupted use of licensed software and services, minimize or eliminate risks of improper licensing, and make informed decisions about future licensing, the selected supplier is also required to provide certain services during the execution of the framework agreement at no additional cost. These services include: • A workshop in Croatian on topics related to licensing, downloading, installation, activation, and configuration of licensed software and services, coordinated with responsible persons upon the contracting authority's request; • Compliance consultations and recommendations for optimizing the licensing status of Microsoft products and online services, upon the contracting authority's request; • Consulting, training, and information on proper licensing and changes to licensing terms, upon the contracting authority's request.
