Public Space Redevelopment Project in Saint-Julien-en-Genevois

The Commune of Saint-Julien-en-Genevois is seeking qualified suppliers for a public tender related to the redevelopment of public spaces in the city center. This includes areas such as Place Général de Gaulle, Place du Crêt, the western section of Rue Fernand David, Place de la Libération, and Grande Rue. The selected team will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: 1. Preliminary studies; 2. Project studies (including quantitative analysis); 3. Management of the execution of work contracts; 5. Support during the reception of works and the warranty period; 6. Approval of studies conducted by contractors. The budget allocated for the redevelopment of public spaces is €6,000,000 excluding VAT. The buyer plans to limit the number of candidates invited to participate in the bidding phase to a minimum of 5, provided there are enough applications.
