Procurement of IT Equipment in Hungary

This contract involves the procurement of new IT equipment, excluding furniture and software packages. Suppliers must offer brand new, unopened, and unused products suitable for intended use. The contracting authority does not allow offers for used or refurbished products. References to specific brands or types in the technical specifications are made to clearly define the nature of the items required. Offers that meet the detailed values/parameters in the technical description or have equivalent parameters will be accepted as valid. To establish equivalence, suppliers must demonstrate which alternative products they are proposing, including manufacturer data sheets. If the product cannot be verified by the contracting authority based on the provided item number, a Hungarian language manufacturer data sheet or a manufacturer declaration confirming compliance with the technical specifications is required. The procurement includes the delivery of the equipment/products and obtaining necessary permits.
