Marketing Communication Services for Istekki Oy

This contract is for marketing communication services to be used by Istekki Oy and its service production. The goal is to find a cost-effective and user-friendly marketing communication solution delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The solution should support the marketing strategy and enhance the effectiveness of customer communication. Key features required include: 1. Multi-channel communication: The solution must enable communication across various channels such as email, social media, and mobile applications to effectively and precisely reach customers. 2. Automation and personalization: The service should include marketing automation tools that allow for message personalization and automatic sending to the right target group at the right time. 3. Analytics and reporting: The solution must provide comprehensive analytics and reporting features to monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. 4. User-friendliness: The service's user interface should be intuitive and easy to use, allowing users to quickly adopt it without extensive training. 5. Data security and privacy: The solution must comply with applicable data security and privacy requirements, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The procurement includes not only the system acquisition but also interface connections to other systems, licenses, delivery projects, maintenance and support of ready-made software, and other separately ordered expert services (e.g., planning and implementation of system change and development needs and development projects). Users of the marketing communication service may include designated users from Istekki and its owner-customer organizations. The service will have a diverse user base from various professions and with different levels of education and experience. Users of the marketing communication service will include Finnish, Swedish, and other language-speaking employees. The buyer selected one (1) supplier, with whom a contract was made.
