IT Reseller Framework 2 - Premium Supplier Panel

EEM is establishing a framework arrangement with premium IT Resellers to provide UK public sector organisations with compliant and efficient access to IT products, software, cloud licensing and reseller services. To qualify, IT Resellers must demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of £200 million and have established relationships with major technology vendors, enabling them to share vendor incentives with buyers. The framework offers two flexible call-off options: a Desktop Calculator for transparent supplier selection based on pre-defined criteria, and a Competitive Selection Process for customers requiring custom solutions. This approach ensures public sector buyers can access a curated panel of experienced suppliers capable of delivering hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, licensing, peripherals and associated services while maintaining compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and achieving value for money.
