The Police Administration offers its personnel the opportunity to use self-directed sports and cultural services within a predefined value. This benefit refers to the self-directed sports and cultural activity benefit as outlined in the Tax Administration's guidelines. The procurement is for an electronic payment solution to implement this benefit. The solution is based on a usage-based billing model, where a maximum annual benefit amount is defined for the user. Billing occurs after the actual usage, and the solution does not include a preloaded balance. The service may have up to approximately 10,000 users. All police units are the clients, and the solution will be implemented simultaneously across the entire organization.
