Sports Services - Purchase of Personalized Cards for Access to Sports Facilities and Recreational Services in Krakow

This contract involves providing sports and recreational services by supplying personalized cards that grant users access to various sports and recreational activities. Users aged 15 and older will have unlimited access to at least: 1. 250 sports facilities in Krakow, including at least one gym open 24 hours a day. 2. 350 sports facilities in the Małopolskie Voivodeship (excluding those in Krakow), including at least 40 with swimming pools. 3. 4000 sports facilities across Poland (excluding those in the Małopolskie Voivodeship and Krakow). Users under 15 will have unlimited access to at least: 1. 100 sports facilities in Krakow. 2. 100 sports facilities in the Małopolskie Voivodeship (excluding those in Krakow), including at least 40 with swimming pools. 3. 1500 sports facilities across Poland (excluding those in the Małopolskie Voivodeship). The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise an option under the conditions of the main contract, but this does not obligate them to do so. The decision to exercise the option is solely at the discretion of the contracting authority, and they will notify the contractor in writing at least three months before the end of the main contract.
