Installation of Electrical Systems for Student Housing Renovation

The project involves the comprehensive renovation of House B in the student housing complex located in Ilmenau, Max-Planck-Ring. The existing building layout, featuring a central staircase and corridor, will be maintained. Non-load-bearing interior walls will be removed to create a more spacious environment for each apartment. The current gabled roof will be dismantled and replaced with a prefabricated wooden structure to create a new full floor. Each student will have access to a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upper floors will consist entirely of living units, while the basement will house technical rooms, a caretaker's office, a laundry room, and bicycle storage.
