Supply and Installation of Electric Bus Charging Stations

This contract involves the delivery, installation, connection, and initial commissioning of four brand new, dual-position, mobile charging stations for electric buses, specifically Plug-in 120kW chargers, for the Podlaska Communication Company Nova Joint Stock Company. The detailed specifications can be found in Appendix 1 of the Terms of Reference. Additionally, the contract includes warranty and post-warranty service for the chargers, as well as training for the client's staff on their operation. The procurement falls under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 31158000 for chargers. This order is part of a project supported by non-repayable funding from the development plan KPOD.09.05-IW.02-0092/24, aimed at "Developing Sustainable Public Transport in the Podlaskie Voivodeship through the purchase of 8 electric buses – Stage I" under the Investment: E1.1.2. Zero and low-emission public transport (buses) of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. Polish law, including European Union law, governs this contract. The client reserves the right to cancel the procurement if the public funds intended for financing the order are not granted. No electronic auction or catalog offers are anticipated. The contract will be settled in PLN, and no advance payments will be made. The client does not restrict participation to specific types of contractors, nor does it impose additional employment requirements beyond those specified in the Labor Code. Partial or variant offers are not allowed, as the client requires uniform mobile charging stations from a single supplier to ensure cost efficiency and optimal use.
