Supply of 6 New Electric Buses for Podlaska Communication

This contract involves the delivery of 6 identical brand new zero-emission electric intercity buses, classified as M3 Class II, with a length between 10.6 m and 11.0 m, as per the technical specifications outlined in Annex 1 of the procurement documentation. The main CPV codes for this contract are: 34121100-1 (Buses and Coaches), 34121100-2 (Public Transport Buses), and 34144910-0 (Electric Buses). The buses must be brand new, meaning they cannot have been previously registered and must have a mileage of no more than 1,000 km. They should not have been used for test drives or demonstrations and must be mass-produced, having been sold to carriers in the EU or associated countries in at least 10 units. The contract also includes: 1) training for the client's designated staff on bus operation; 2) provision of technical documentation; 3) delivery of necessary tools (including diagnostic equipment) with required interfaces and software licenses for full functionality of the electric buses; 4) granting the client internal authorization for servicing and operating the electric buses; 5) painting the 6 buses according to a design specified by the client before delivery (the design is included in Annex 1). The paint used must be a specialized product that meets durability, weather resistance, and mechanical damage standards, as well as ecological and safety regulations. This procurement is part of a project supported by non-repayable funding from the development plan KPOD.09.05-IW.02-0002/25, titled 'Development of Sustainable Public Transport in the Podlaskie Voivodeship through the Purchase of 6 Electric Buses - Stage II' under Investment E1.1.2. The project will be funded by the European Union as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and must comply with the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle, ensuring alignment with environmental goals.
