Architectural, Engineering, and Inspection Services for Infrastructure Projects

The City of Turku's Procurement Services is seeking bids for expert services related to construction management, supervision, safety coordination, and geotechnical consulting for infrastructure projects. The contract period is from December 1, 2025 (target) to November 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional two years until November 30, 2029. The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately 1,000,000 euros per year, excluding VAT. The City does not commit to a specific procurement amount and reserves the right to conduct separate competitions for specific projects during the contract period. The procurement will select three (3) service providers based on the lowest bid prices, with the distribution of assignments as follows: 1st provider receives 40%, 2nd provider receives 35%, and 3rd provider receives 25%. No compensation will be paid if the percentages do not match at the end of the contract.
