Supply of Field Protection Equipment for Kozienice Power Station

This contract involves the supply of field protection equipment for the Kozienice Power Station, which operates at voltages of 400/220/110 kV. The contracting authority reserves the right to specify additional delivery locations within Poland. Detailed information can be found in Part IV of the Terms of Reference - Contract Template. Additionally, the contract includes an option for training the contracting authority's staff on each type of supplied protection terminal, as outlined in Part II of the Terms of Reference - Technical Specifications, point 1.3. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described, provided they meet or exceed the specified characteristics or parameters. This means that the contractor may propose solutions that are either described by the contracting authority or are 'equivalent.' According to Article 101, paragraph 5 of the law, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions must demonstrate that their proposed supplies meet the requirements set by the contracting authority, particularly through the evidence specified in Articles 104-107 of the law, proving that the proposed solutions meet the requirements outlined in the contract description.
