This contract opportunity involves the procurement of a framework agreement for consulting services in the construction sector, covering a range of tasks of varying sizes. The consulting categories include: BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION. The services are intended to be utilized at different stages, from preliminary studies, program work, and pre-project planning to construction and inspection phases. The buyer intends to procure consulting services for buildings in connection with: new construction, renovations, inspections/declarations, and demolitions, primarily for administrative buildings, schools, preschools, recreational facilities, sports facilities, elderly care homes, assisted living facilities, and residential buildings, as well as land and plot areas adjacent to these. The buyer also intends to procure consulting services for infrastructure in connection with: new construction, renovations, and expansions of infrastructure and facilities, primarily in the form of streets with associated traffic signal systems and street lighting, bridges, water and sewage lines including pumping stations, pressure boosting stations, and stormwater facilities, squares, gardens, and parks, as well as flood, noise, and landslide protection and other infrastructure. Additionally, the contract includes work related to environmental conservation and environmental assessments, as well as strategic environmental work.
