Network Equipment Supply – Firewall Devices and Licenses for Cisco Firepower NGFW Platform Expansion

This contract involves the supply of four devices (2x NGFW Firepower 4245 and 2 FMC 4700 consoles) along with Cisco software or equivalent devices that meet the criteria specified by the contracting authority. The work includes installation, initial configuration, technical support, and a 12-month warranty for the NGFW devices from the date of acceptance. Additionally, there is an option for expert consulting hours. Detailed specifications can be found in Chapter II of the procurement documents. The contracting authority will evaluate offers in reverse order, assessing the offers first and then qualifying the highest-rated contractor based on exclusion criteria and participation conditions. The contracting authority is also the data administrator under EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding personal data protection. Offers must be submitted electronically via the eZamówienia platform. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated. Offers must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the procurement documents. The contracting authority will not award the contract if there are circumstances related to organizational measures due to actions by Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. The contractor must complete the work within 20 working days from the contract signing, and the delivered equipment will be covered by a 12-month warranty. The optional order will be executed during the warranty period.
